The following articles are under the heading of ‘Health Matters’, because health does matter, and I would like to share these hints and tips on staying healthy and well.

You will find I have written about a wide range of subjects and there are links to videos that I think you may find useful, informative and hopefully, fun! Many of my clients are interested in my adventures as a scuba diver, so from time to time I will post photographs and videos and share with you the beautiful underwater world.

I don’t intend to be a prolific blogger. Running my own business leaves limited time, but when I feel creative or think you might find something interesting or fun to read about, I’ll post it. So keep dropping into my web site and have a look at Health Matters when you can.
