SynergyZen combines mindful exercise and mindfulness training to combat work place stress through my specially developed B.R.E.A.T.H. method.

Through the B.R.E.A.T.H method I will explore solutions to postural discomfort manifested in the body due to a challenging working environment.

Where did SynergyZen csynergy-zen-logoome from?

SynergyZen evolved from my work  as a clinical Pilates practitioner and my training as an occupational psychologist.  Over the years I have developed a mind and body approach to my work and my business has incorporated the concept of Mindfulness.

Many years working with individuals who are experiencing stress and anxiety either due to pain and illness, or from a challenging working environment has enabled me to design and offer a unique and effective way to deal with workplace stress.

I deliver my workshops personally, in a friendly and informal way. There are no ‘goody bags’ or unnecessary expensive resource materials. Learning the B.R.E.A.T.H. method is all about experiencing what it feels like to be in the moment, to be calm with a clear mind. It is about learning from personal experience, reflection and daily practice.

SynergyZen B.R.E.A.T.H. courses are tailor-made to your needs.

Each workshop introduces and teaches elements that make up the SynergyZen B.R.E.A.T.H. method. I have designed and produced a CD which has integrative relaxation techniques and guided meditations, to help individuals practice the art of Mindfulness daily.
