I’m often asked, “Am I to old to practice Pilates?” or “I’m in my 50’s, do you think I’m to old for this sort of exercise?”.

Well, “absolutely not” is my reply. I found this video of an 86 year old gymnast! Yes, 86 years of age; incredible but not unusual amongst people who exercise regularly. So what ever form of exercise is your passion, keep doing it. Exercise, play, and frolic every day and notice how good it feels to be mobile and strong. If you haven’t found your exercise passion yet, make a promise to yourself to try something new soon.
