Appointments can be made by telephoning 07976 917569 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please leave your name, contact details, and a brief message on the answer phone if necessary, and Bridgette will contact you as soon as possible.

 

The full address will be given when you ring to book an appointment. Unfortunately we cannot accept callers without an appointment due to such a busy diary schedule. Thank you for your understanding.

Parking is available outside or near-by at Blenheim Parade (only a short walk away). Here you will find a number of shops including a coffee house.

If you are travelling from some distance away, please give us plenty of notice and we will arrange overnight accommodation for you at a near by hotel.

 

 

 

If you would like to visit Bridgette for a Pilates session whilst visiting the area, then please give her plenty of notice to fit you in the diary.
